Max Mayfield	be2205a81c	Fix CI: use npm ci --include=dev and node_modules/.bin/tsc to avoid global shim NAS runner's npx tsc resolves to a global shim that says 'This is not the tsc command you are looking for'. Using the local binary directly fixes it.	2026-03-01 06:54:32 +00:00
